BaseAcross helps founders outside the United States form and run a US company. We form Wyoming and Delaware LLCs and C-corporations, get the EIN without a Social Security Number, act as the registered agent, and keep every date the state and the IRS expect on one compliance calendar. It's built for founders with no SSN, no US address and no US bank account yet. We file the articles, prepare the operating agreement or bylaws, apply for the EIN on Form SS-4, and guide the bank, Stripe and PayPal applications. Our country guides say which banks and payment processors accept founders from where you live. After formation, the same dashboard tracks what keeps the company in good standing: the annual report or state tax, Form 5472, and Form 1099-NEC for US contractors, with reminders before each date. Bookkeeping, document storage, a US business number, email on your domain and a website are there too. Prices are shown before you pay, and state fees are passed through at cost on their own line. We also tell you what you don't owe: US-formed companies no longer file a BOI report, and you don't need an ITIN to get an EIN.
