What do you like best about Base5?

Typically we have quick turnarounds with them, but there have been times where we've overloaded them to the point that we see work slower than we'd like. I think this is primarily on our fluctuation in needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the attention to detail that Steve and his team have. They are truly dedicated to getting the best possible results for their client. He also gives his design feedback and catches things I missed in the brief; they are great to work with no matter what your design experience. They also do all they can to reach

I can't think of anything. Overall, the level of time it takes to write a brief and give the details is a little work, but it's not much, and that's how you get the best results overall. What do you like best about Base5?

Working with Steve and his team is always a pleasure. He takes immense pride in the work DesignFive puts out and is incredibly detail oriented. He's patient as well, always willing to make the "one last change" that ends up being four or five last changes. Most of all, though, the design always looks incredible. What do you dislike about Base5?

The only downside to working with DesignFive is that there is limited resources compared to what we would like them to produce for us. DesignFive has really become an extension of our internal design team. They've allowed us to create custom pieces for our customers at an incredible rate. What do you like best about Base5?

Their response time is great, especially for not operating in the same time zone as us. Steve, is also super helpful. It was the first time I had ever created a GIF file and he walked me through each step! They work with us in our current platforms, so we have an Asana integration where we submit requests and communicate there Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Base5?

I really struggle finding anything, if anything I struggled a bit with figuring out the best etiquette in our Asana integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think they do it because they have so many clients but the folder convention they use is fairly confusing. Sometimes even if there is just one iteration of a project you have to drill down into 8 different folders to get to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
