**What do you like best about BASE System?**

All of the modules integrate with each other.  Each area of our business has a supported module.  Everything updates in real-time from inventory to A/R balances.  Many MRO packages have good modules for one function but are lacking in others.  WRC BASE is not like that.  One software package, one menu system and one team of support staff handles everything.

**What do you dislike about BASE System?**

As our business is expanding, would like to see a Rotables Modules

**What problems is BASE System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not sure how to answer this.  We have been using BASE for so long that it solves all of our problems.  As for benefits:  Standard screen layouts make cross-training easier.  Running on an IBM i platform is still the best ROI of any enterprise platform.
