I LOVE Base! I've used Doodle in the past for scheduling large meetings, but Base has so many extras that make it feel more personalized for the user. **What do you dislike about Base?** Nothing really! There are a couple of small tweaks that could improve it slightly, like integrating zoom as an add in and changing a couple of click options to make it slightly more user friendly in places but if those things never changed, I would still absolutely continue to use it everyday! **Recommendations to others considering Base:** It is a game changer! **What problems is Base solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time! Base enables me to get answers from my Executives in a quick and succinct way, which saves us both time! The scheduler feature stops all the back and forth emails when scheduling calls and allows me to focus my time in other areas ### 2. The tasks bar is extremely helpful as well and helps me keep on top of my tasks! **What do you dislike about Base?** Since Base is still in Beta mode with a few things, it is glitchy in some areas. But, the platform overall is very user-friendly once you figure out what is behind each tab, etc. It takes some time to adjust to but is easy to grasp the concept! **What problems is Base solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to keep my tasks and to-do list virtual and not put them on a piece of paper and get lost somewhere (perks of working from home). Being able to have my tasks pulled up another screen has helped my a TON!! ### 3. And the new Scheduler feature could end up being a game-changer for managing their calendar because it's a great way to track, hold (and then release) potential meeting times and dates. The ability to easily save tasks straight from Slack into Tasks on Base also is a huge time-saver. To top it all off, if you run into any issues, reaching out to their tech support always gets you a quick response and they are very attentive when it comes to trying to solve a problem and improve their product. **What do you dislike about Base?** It's still a young company and parts of the software are in beta, so there can be some weird actions and bugs that happen occasionally. But these tend to be short-lived and can often be addressed by simply clearing the cache, for which they provide super simple directions. Once the bugs are reported though, the team at Base is excellent about jumping on them. **What problems is Base solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to send my executive a series of questions with pre-populated answers through Base's Decision Stream makes staying on top of decisions necessary to continue my work a piece of cake. It's fast and easy for me and my executive, which means it's efficient and effective!
