What really stands out to me isn’t just their tech—it’s the people behind the scenes. They’re incredibly knowledgeable about Reference-Based Pricing (RBP). In an industry where costs seem to skyrocket every year, they’ve given us a genuinely data-driven way to push back on pricing without sacrificing care. Their customer service team is also impressively responsive; when we run into a weird one-off issue, I usually reach someone who actually knows what they’re talking about, rather than getting a scripted response. What do you dislike about BAS Health?

If I’m being honest, the mobile app is a bit of a letdown. It feels outdated compared to most modern SaaS platforms, and I’ve had employees mention that it’s often easier to just use the web portal instead. On top of that, the employee onboarding can be a little dense; if you aren’t “benefits-savvy,” the platform can feel overwhelming at first.
