**What do you like best about Barrett Business Services (BBSI)?**

The all inclusive nature of the payroll side of it. It is quick and easy to work with.

**What do you dislike about Barrett Business Services (BBSI)?**

We have had a lot of issues with our PTO and sick time not showing up or being calculated correctly

**What problems is Barrett Business Services (BBSI) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides an all inclusive way to handle payroll and HR services in general.

the support is excellent when something needs to be changed. I also like the website interface for employees.

**What do you dislike about Barrett Business Services (BBSI)?**

The website does appear to be a little outdated, although friendly. It could use some work.

They have always serviced us well with limited mistakes.
