I come up with this tool first time which has brilliant AI built technology. It understands the algoristhm and help to protect the user from fraud / phishing emails.

While it is easy to report a false positive, it can be more difficult to prevent false positives from being captured in the first place, and we have had examples of follow-up emails being captured for the same reason that the initial false positive was captured in the first place. Barracuda is an excellent software which detects malicious email sent and makes easy to remove it from the mailbox.

It also blocks the threat mail senders and helps to keep safe from targeted phishing attacks.

The system was easy to set up and implement - taking less than an hour to ensure everything was configured correctly. Since that point, I get a regularly scheduled status report, along with email notifications on when the system is capturing impersonation attmepts. My team likes it because they can quickly report if they feel that a message is a false positive - in which we are able to go into the software and verify the message before resending it to the user. It has been a great addition and has captured on average about 10-20 messages per week from malicious sources pretending to be our CEO, accounting, or HR teams. I'm struggling to find dislikes about it - the simplicity of the system, along with how easy it was to implement makes the software that much more robust, as there isn't a ton of rules or features you need to toggle on and off. It has nearly been a "set it and forget it" system that we rarely have to make any modifications to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When we moved from using our former email security we were up over 2000 rules in O365 to stop phishing and malware. Where the rules were extensive we were spending hours a day managing the email was was captured to determin if it was a valid email or not. With every week something new came out and we had to find a way to block it. Only real cause for concern is if your business is travel based as the account takeover alerts will be slightly overwhelming. We had to add some geo location tools where we would not get alerted unless the user logged into the account from multiple areas of the country on the same day. Imersonation Protection just works. Once setup, which was fairly easy since I already had other Barracuda products setup, it started detecting potential fraud attempts.
