The automated protections Barracuda uses with Office365 can remove harmful emails and inform end usrs of its actions. I can customize the notification so end users can contact our technical department if questions arrise. The service was easy to intigrate with Exchange Online. Some of the automation is clucnky. When I triger an investigation, If i dont have a sample of an email for an account takeover, because no emails where sent, I can not proced with reseting passwords on the account or check if new mailbox rules have been added. I think the simplicity of it when its in place, it runs seamlessy behind the scenes linked by a global admin M365 account. There's no MX records to change or any other intrusive settings to edit, its pretty much plug and play. Alerts are also very clear and the steps to secure accounts are guided so any tech can use them. Reports sent monthly are a great feature and most clients love them, it makes auditing much easier and product renewal almost guaranteed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The actual process of how Impersonation Protection is deployed is that downfall, especially from an MSP point of view. The initial setup is done by the legacy Echo platform which looks like it's still in 1998. Once you get to the main platform however, its much better but still lots of things in the wrong place so it make navigating a bit frustrating.
