Ease of Management of hundreds of backup agents at once. Simple interface for configuration and scheduling of a nice variety of backup types, including imaging, files and folders, SQL database, Exchange. Most important feature for us has been the ability to Image systems quickly. There are still some tweaks to be made in regard to quick VMware or Hyper-V restore from a physical computers backup image, but they are at least making improvements towards this. Interface on the local machines itself is still a bit cumbersome and slow, but doesn't impact the solution overall. Its just an administrative thing.

When the agent has problems locally, it can be at times, and they are rare, difficult to get the agent running again.

The product just works and when there are problems Intronis alerts you. Knowing that it's working is the difference between data being there when you need it most or being screwed and losing your data.
