Barracuda MSP is like a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day. Their helpful and supportive staff go to lengths to make sure your data is covered when disaster strikes. I dislike that they leave no room for the competition when selecting a BDR vendor. Choosing Barracuda is a no-brainer since they blow the competition out of the water. I like having choices and Barracuda does not leave me with the pleasure of being able to make a decision on what provider is the best fit for me. I'd be stupid not to choose them.
