It can be challenging to keep up with the change and find the tool you are looking for. The fact that it is agentless has some pros and cons as well. I would prefer to have an agent installed. Their helpful and supportive staff go to lengths to make sure your data is covered when disaster strikes. They go above and beyond to make sure your are satisfied. I dislike that they leave no room for the competition when selecting a BDR vendor. Choosing Barracuda is a no-brainer since they blow the competition out of the water. I like having choices and Barracuda does not leave me with the pleasure of being able to make a decision on what provider is the best fit for me. I'd be stupid not to choose them.
