What do you like best about Barracuda Cloud Archiving Service?

With our Barracuda Cloud Archiving solution we have unlimited storage for emails received and sent. We can set a retention period - which we have changed more than once as we found certain litigation queries can go back 5+ years. It's easy to assign a user with specific authority to research emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Barracuda Cloud Archiving Service?

The user interface could be a little more user friendly, but it all works nicely and doesn't stop you from using it or finding what you are looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Barracuda Cloud Archiving Service solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have had a few HR cases opened which pulled into question emails that were sent/received by some users. In these cases, we were able to use the Barracuda Cloud Archiving service to search and find any emails which helped with the HR cases.

We have solved some important claims against the company regarding things such as: letting go of an employee, workman's compensation, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
