No details, no budget, no infos about the client. And then bark.com expects you to throw 25-50 Euros into their face to get the contact infos. And if you're lucky, they work. Then you can find out, that you just spend 50 Euros to get the contact to a random dude, who wants a complete SaaS platform website plus coding for 20 Euros.
