What do you dislike about Baremetrics? -The data presented, wasn't accurate at all and cannot be trusted for Shopify apps - We were growing in terms of revenue but they presented a churn of 1-2k every month. LTV was not accurate at all. -Canceling a subscription is a nightmare. You have to schedule a call with them to start the cancelation process, and it took me a month and an extra monthly payment until it got canceled! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
