Barbify is barbershop management software built specifically for barbers in Ireland. It brings online booking, client management, automated reminders and payments together in one simple system, so barbers spend less time on admin and more time behind the chair. Unlike commission marketplaces such as Treatwell or Fresha, Barbify is a flat monthly subscription with 0% commission. Deposits and payments go straight to the barber's own Stripe, SumUp or Dojo account, with no markup on card fees, and the barber keeps their own brand and their own clients. Each shop gets its own branded booking page (yourshop.barbify.ie) where clients can book 24/7 from any device. Every booking is saved automatically to the built-in CRM, with each client's service history, preferences and notes a tap away before the appointment starts. To cut no-shows, Barbify sends automated WhatsApp and email reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before each appointment. A daily dashboard shows bookings, revenue and the schedule at a glance, and setup takes about 15 minutes with no technical knowledge required. Barbify is GDPR compliant and scales from a single chair to multi-barber shops, with separate staff calendars, a digital walk-in queue, client accounts, satisfaction surveys and analytics. There is a permanently free plan with no time limit, plus paid plans from €9.99/month (billed yearly), with a 21-day free trial and no credit card required.
