Bar Ledger is inventory software for bars. Staff count section by section on a phone, logging partial bottles exactly. Distributor invoices import from a PDF or spreadsheet, with case sizes converted to bottles and duplicates caught. Bar Ledger then works out usage between counts and lines it up with the sales report from your POS (Toast, Square, Clover or any spreadsheet export), so you see pour cost and unaccounted product, biggest problem first. It also covers pars and vendor orders, waste logging, spend tracking, PDF and spreadsheet reports, role-based team access and multiple locations from one login. $49 per bar per month after a 14-day free trial, no card required.
