What do you like best about bant.io?

The new software reporting is not working properly in 2024.

The migration from the old system to the new system has been managed poorly

The support team keep making mistakes as they are working with legacy systems

What do you like best about bant.io?

3 key pros: Great value, low-lift channel upstart, and responsive support.

My CSM, Georgina, was very attentive and helpful in answering all my questions and in campaign setup - she was a joy to work with!

bant.io was a relatively low lift platform to get started with, at a great value. We were able to get pretty specific with our audience targeting for cold outreach emails and the team took care of setup and execution of all our campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about bant.io?

Although there is low lift in getting this channel up and running, I do think that it requires some time from the client using bant.io to pinpoint the correct customer targeting in the beginning. This isn't necessarily on the bant.io team at all - but make sure that you have a team member that is able to dedicate 2-4 hours a week to make sure you get the best value out of the platform in its early days! Working with Bant since 2022 , with only the social outreach module. Stefan our customer success manager is really helpfull and gave us great insight to optimise even more our results.

What do you like best about bant.io?

Absolute supreme customer support was provided by Account Manager Stefan Bako, who went above and beyond for my account. We've used many similar platforms. Bant is the most expensive by far, though you get a fantastic team behind you and the tech, though similar to others in some ways, is a breath of fresh air. We must also mention the exceptional customer service and shout out to Georgina, who has surprised us repeatedly with her amazing service and support. She rocks and deserves a raise!! Discounts are based on annual sales rather than retention. Makes sense and is a smart business move on Bant's part to ensure partners continue to sell, though it would be nice to lock into the different tiers based on retention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about bant.io?

It's intuitive design and easy-to-use knowledge base make this product seamless. We were paired with Georgina as our account manager, who has been stellar with answering all of our questions, regardless of their complexity. Compared to other products and their customer service - we joked that we had a learning curve with this service and team because of how responsive and intuitive the tech was. Nothing, it simply doesn't work.

We used their service for 3 months but did not get any results whatsoever.

We complained multiple times but nothing changed.

Our complain got escalated to the director of customer support, who did nothing either.

They acknowdlege that they had some technical issues with their setup, yet they refused to proceed with a refund.

We decided to then run our cold email campaign in-house and had much better results in only a few weeks.

What do you like best about bant.io?

Upwork has an amazing Dashboard that can help you staying on top of the campaigns and getting all the necessary numbers to do the right analysis.

What do you like best about bant.io?

I have nothing positive to say about my experience with Bant other than our contacts seemed like nice people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about bant.io?

It did not drive any positive leads in 3 months. The only leads captured were responses such as “unfortunately, I am not the right person to speak to, please try so-and-so” which Bant considered positive leads.

It took a week per request for them to make any changes, and there were no recommendations from them on improving results.

We could not get any clicks on PPC or Retargeting, and we ended up asking for a refund after six weeks, which they declined. We flagged before the campaigns started that they were expensive clicks however we were told not to worry and instead just wasted money paying for a service that obviously did not work.

Their LinkedIn marketing strategy was not impactful, and they did not use many of the features available on the automated LinkedIn software, such as profile views, automated post scheduling and other touch points required to achieve a successful strategy. They implemented a spray and pray approach, using their LinkedIn messages to trick people into accepting invites that end up just annoying the prospects.

A very similar approach to Email with no intent, just title-based targeting from their private lists, which I just had people phoning me up and complaining. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
