Not so much a downside but our business has not yet fully integrated the tool, which means we can generate content but not necessarily make changes to live content remotely. Bannerflow has added efficiency and also delivered consistency across our full range of content as all the assets are used globally across the full suite of content. Whenever we spot a mistake or need to update a banner (we work with fluctuating prices), this is super easy to achieve. If I could suggest one new feature, it would be for Bannerflow to automatically generate a hosted URL when the image is exported, removing this step from the process.
