BankSheet (getbanksheet.com) is a bank statement converter for bookkeepers. Upload a text-based bank statement PDF and BankSheet shows the transactions as a register with date, description, debit, credit, and running balance. Before you export, it checks the opening balance plus credits minus debits against the printed closing balance and shows pass, fail, or incomplete (±0.02 tolerance), so a bad extract is caught before it reaches a client file. Exports are CSV or Excel with Standard, QuickBooks, or Xero column presets. The presets are column layouts, not .QBO, OFX, or Web Connect files. Dedicated parsers cover Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Citi, Capital One, American Express, Barclays, HSBC, NatWest, and Revolut, with a generic fallback for similar text PDFs. Uploads are processed in memory and discarded after about 60 seconds; PDF contents are not logged. There is a permanent free allowance of 10 pages, so you can test on a real statement or the built-in samples before paying. BankSheet is not banksheet.io or banksheet.ai.
