BankScanPro is a web-based AI bank statement converter for accountants, bookkeepers, lenders, and teams that need structured transaction data from PDF statements. It converts digital or scanned bank statement PDFs into Excel, CSV, and QuickBooks-ready QBO/OFX files. Users can review extracted rows, balance and transaction signals, dates, descriptions, and debit/credit signs against the source statement before exporting or importing the result. The workflow is file-based rather than a native QuickBooks or Xero connection. BankScanPro offers a free account allowance, monthly subscriptions, and pay-per-use page packs.
