Complex Telecom Infrastructure: Traditional telecom systems are fragmented, expense and hard to scale, 2. Lack of control over call Quality : Most CPaas Providers rely on third-Party carriers leading to latency and reliability. 3. Emergency Services integration : Adding E911 Capabilities to Apps is legally required but Technically challenging 4. Would save a lot of time.
