Their customer service makes me want to rip out my hair. Their pricing is astronomically high. They don't care about you unless your spend is over $100K/mo They are unreliable and don't follow through. Portal is hard to deal with for Brands/Campaigns." 1.5/5 What do you like best about Bandwidth? Call Routing seems to work better than some of our other carriers. It also times out when you have a lot of Brand pages you have to step through to find the one you are looking for, then you have to wait a couple minutes for it to start populating again. What do you dislike about Bandwidth? 911 and directory listings should be able to be input in the order when submitting a port in request. Would save a lot of time.
