Banalytics is edge orchestration software that connects cameras, sensors and controllers and hands their data to your own processing or AI modules. It supports ONVIF, RTSP, USB, Modbus RTU/TCP, MQTT v3/v5, ZeroMQ and SNMP, so teams can work with devices from any vendor instead of building connectivity for each one. What it does Banalytics takes care of the plumbing around your sensing pipeline. It acquires data from IP cameras, DAQ hardware, industrial sensors and controllers, buffers it, synchronizes timestamps across devices and stores it locally. It then passes the data to your own module, whether that is a Python analysis script, a machine learning model or a compiled algorithm, and turns the structured results into dashboards, alarms, event history and automated actions. Your algorithm stays yours The interface between Banalytics and your module is locked and defined per engagement. Banalytics can talk to your module over ZeroMQ (IPC or TCP), shared memory or in-process calls, chosen to match your throughput and latency needs. Your algorithm never leaves your own module. Only structured outputs, health status and timestamps cross the boundary. Key capabilities Vendor-independent device acquisition across ONVIF, RTSP, USB, Modbus, MQTT, ZeroMQ and SNMP Local buffering, timestamp synchronization and storage Dashboards with maps, 2D and 3D views and SVG diagrams, accessed from a browser Event Manager with rule-based actions such as Modbus writes, relay control, MQTT publish and notifications Event History as a queryable, timestamped record of acquisition, processing and actions Multi-site monitoring and remote access to devices Collection of training data for teams building their own AI models Deployment Banalytics is local-first and cloud-enabled. Acquisition and storage stay on site, and the browser dashboard can be hosted in the cloud. There is no mandatory cloud migration. It runs on Windows and Linux. Who it is for Industrial sensing and measurement teams who need operational visibility into their pipeline without exposing a proprietary algorithm. AI teams who need to collect and organize real-world sensor and camera data for model training. Operations teams who monitor several sites and want one platform instead of one tool per device vendor. How to start Banalytics follows a simple conversion path. Start with a free technical demo, using your own use case. Then run a free proof of concept on mock or replayed data, with no hardware needed. When you are ready, move to a funded pilot on real hardware at one site, and then to production across more lines or sites. Pilot and production pricing starts from $2,000, scaling with sites and duration. Hardware and third-party licences are quoted separately.
