The GUI and navigation is really simple in BambooHR and when I used Bamboo HR for first time I was surprised by its simplicity. There was no need for any training as a new associate using it. And there were integration to sync leave/appraisal and all other HR data to other platforms. So I never had to worry about data not being in sync across platforms. I really like the overall layout of BambooHR. Each page is easy to understand, and it provides a simple way to quickly check my most recent pay stub. I use BambooHR for approving timecards, tracking employees' time off and pay, doing one-on-ones, and storing employee info. I like that everything is in one easy-to-find place, unlike before, when things were scattered in different Excel documents. It's slick, easy to use, and intuitive to find things. I appreciate the ability to do one-on-ones and track performance. It's easy to look at ones I've done before and write up notes during the session to review later.
