BambooHR needs theme support so I can set up a dark mode for my view. I find the default theme too bright for my eyes, and being able to choose between a couple of different colour palettes would be lovely. How customizable it is! We switched to Mosaic awhile back and we are so happy to be switching back to Bamboo!!! Mosaic did not allow much customization and was very complicated to use, while Bamboo is not complicated at all and allows for so much customization, especially compared to Mosaic Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
