I find it easy to use except for the fact there is no calendar for holiday or an annual position that is displayed easily. That is too hard and I have to have a spreadsheet separately for my own personal use. Seeing what your holiday position is could be easier. There could be a calendar view with what has been booked and what your remaining balance is. It's too annoying at the moment to view as separate instances and then view your balance by picking a date in the future. I like that the UI is really easy to navigate. The calendar view showing who’s off across the month helps with planning holiday requests and deciding when it’s best to take time off around the business’s needs.

It’s also very easy to log in from a mobile phone, so when I’m on the move, requests can be approved quickly. Having a mobile app integrated is a good addition, and I find it performs more seamlessly there as well.

In a labour market and corporate environment where flexiwork/remote work is almost the norm for many companies, I find it inconvenient that the platform doesn’t allow me to create a work-from-home schedule. Instead, I have to rely on manual entry using a custom table, rather than having an automated feature where I can import a dataset and have the status “WFH” reflected for the employee. I use BambooHR because it lets me handle many work-related tasks without needing to contact HR directly. I appreciate how I can request PTO, vacation, or sick leave without the hassle of having to do paperwork or go into the office, and I can do it all remotely. I use BambooHR for my HRIS, benefits administration, payroll, performance management, communication, and eNPS. It makes it easy to keep all of our information in one place, process payroll, and handle benefits enrollment, which makes the day to day work of HR much easier. The platform is very customizable and user friendly. I am able to create fields to capture the data I want to help my organization. The customer service can't be beat, they are always available to quickly solve any problem I may have. It also integrates easily with other platforms like recognition and insurance.
