I like the way that it allows me to focus on items that are important, while also giving important information to me such as who is currently not in the office today and introducing new employees. The main use of BambooHR for the end user is using it for leave, so the other advantages of it (information about other employees, and the directory) are useful, but there is some overlap with information you might receive from other channels (such as Teams or the like).
