I love how easy it is to input all of your information and make notes on images. This makes creating tech packs super easy, and exporting everything into a tech pack format is super streamlined. Sometimes the features in editing the photos can be a little bit clunky--like having to first select the delete feature and then click on the item. Also when I make construction detail call outs if I click toward the bottom of the image I can't click submit because it's not in the window. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I like the illustrator extension and item views. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Bamboo Rose TotalPLM? I struggle with the linesheet feature. The layout does not work for my team's needs. I find that there is a lot of extra data and I don't really like the framing on color varient view. Also sometimes the linesheets won't even load because we have such a big collection. Also I have this issue with the illustrator extension where sometimes the box will just be empty and the only way I can reset it and get it to work again is by undownloading the app and redownloading it which can be pretty annoying. Ability to create very detailed product tech packs in a consistent manner & the ability to attach large reference files/prints/images as downloadable. The inability to arrange or view tech packs within shared folders in numerical or alphabetical order. Would prefer a default arrangement (numerically by style number or alphabetically by style name) or a filter allowing the recipient to toggle between either option. Eliminating the inconsistencies produced when multiple designers arrange tech packs in a way that makes sense to them, individually. I like how user-friendly it is. Pretty much self-explanatory, especially after attending the free training that Backbone provides. Backbone customer service is quick to fix when there is a problem, but the same problem reoccurs and sometimes we do not even catch the mistake until its too late or our factory comes back and says something went wrong. It solves the inconvenience of not letting files, artworks, and comments live in the same place. They added another function to where we can share tech packs via links instead of having to download the tech pack everytime.
