Trace is the best seed to sale platform that we have ever used. It just works, intuitive, and the customer support is beyond anything we have ever witnessed for the past several years. Bamboo has completely changed the way we go about our business operations. We used to have 4-5 pieces of software to help faciliate sales orders, customer management, traceability and cultivation. But Bamboo helps align everything together. Sales reps are able to build orders for retailers, and retailers can put their own orders as they would like. They have the freedom to put their own orders, without having to text, call or email us if they don't want to.

Everyone at the company is finally on the same page. This saves a tremendous amount of time, a lot more transparency and it makes work more enjoyable because Bamboo is seamless and EFFICIENT. We are able to process orders within minutes of sales reps or retailers putting in orders. We don't have to go into Metrc to manually build the packages for the orders anymore.

And the ability to create and print our own labels have been a life-saver. Our processing team no longer needs to create the labels in Adobe or whatever, they can simply create the template for a category of products, after one-time setup, the team is able to print the labels in a matter of seconds after all the automation of ordering processing is completed. getting data into Bamboo could have been a smoother process. our previous system did not want to cooperate, which we understand. there is no API to simplify the process. this was not a result of bamboo, but more so the state's lack of api or lack of interoperability. if anyone is serious about their sales for their cannabis companies, they have to use bamboo. from the mobile sales menus, to processing the manifests for the orders in a matter of minutes. sales orders can finally be quicly placed, accurately, and purchase orders, invoices and manifests can quickly be done in a matter of minutes. going into metrc to do the manifests took way too much time, thank god for bamboo!
