What do you like best about Bamboo?

The sales menus are the best thing that's ever happened since sliced bread. We were emailing PDFs, texting back and forth with clients, with bamboo sales menus, clients finally can just shop without the back and forth. What problems is Bamboo solving and how is that benefiting you?

For the past couple of years, we have been sending excel sheets and google sheets to clients, a lot of manual process. but with bamboo, their email marketing platform and their ecommerce sales menus, it's been incredibly awesome to just send the email or link and the customers get a link to order right away. Everything is digitalized now, saving all the error prone processes, and now everyone is happy, because scrolling bamboo sales menus is a lot more fun than looking at excel sheets. What do you like best about Bamboo?

What do you dislike about Bamboo?

So far ... can't complain. The platform does take a week or so to learn the ins and outs. but i guess that's more on us to spend more time during the initial phase. the bamboo team was readily available and we just didn't have enough time to invest in until after the harvest. so nothing on bamboo, more so just timing of things on our side. We're in a couple of states, one state is biotrack, the other is metrc, annd while metrc is somewhat usable, biotrack is absolutely hell, no idea why any state would want to use biotrack or give them any business. thank god for bamboo, they cold called us, we weren't even looking for anything, but they convinced us after a couple of demos. their all-in-one from compliance, to labels, to their sales crm, it's making our company a lot more efficient and the ability to get sales orders and POs done in a timely manner have saved our company hundreds of hours every month now! What do you like best about Bamboo?

Do not look anywhere else, BioTrack made it seem like we HAVE to use them in New York, but we learned that after a few months it was not the case. Bamboo is validated with OCM, and state of New York, and not only have they saved us a tremendous amount of money now, their traceability and sales crm are better than anything that we have demoed and seen. What do you dislike about Bamboo?

Honestly, so far, nothing, their team has been amazing through the onboarding and getting all our plants and sales products into the system. What problems is Bamboo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Staying compliant with OCM, since BioTrack is in all sorts of disarray and all in all, just a very dysfunctional group. Luckily we found Bamboo and they have been a lifesaver with staying compliant with the OCM, getting our cultivation and everything set up in bamboo. What do you like best about Bamboo?

couldn't ask for a better compliance and software for our state of New York. it's been a disaster of a roll-out in the state of New York and thank god for bamboo. Biotrack and OCM make it feels like you have to sign up for Biotrack, but when in reality, you can sign up with any of the software companies that is integrated with Biotrack. and we're so happy to find bamboo through google, thank you bamboo! we needed a software program to help with our compliance and all our needs in new york. biotrack was very pushy with the fact that they made it seem like we have to use their software platform, but we learned that you can use any software integrator/program that has been integrated and validated by the OCM. we are so happy that we found bamboo! "best labels creator and maker for all our compliance needs and CRM!"

What do you like best about Bamboo?

we were looking for a better solution to make/create and print our labels for qa results, products, plants, etc, and most of the companies out there were overpriced or only had a portion of what we needed. and then we came across bamboo and we were amazed at how well they not only created labels, but also the full suite of seed to sale software. OH, and it has an amazing crm, which we weren't looking for. Bamboo really has everything that we need, could ever ask for and much more! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bamboo?

Onboarding and setup took about 2-3 weeks, not awful, but we needed something right away. the bamboo team was great throughout the whole process, i guess part of the problem was that we weren't very organized (oops), so maybe we could have onboarded in a few days ... but everything else went pretty smoothly from compliance, to the labels to everything else. What problems is Bamboo solving and how is that benefiting you?

we need a better software to do our labels for all our internal needs, as well as labels for the dispensaries and so glad that bamboo is delivering on the labels for all our qa samples, cultivation, inventories and much more. on top of that, the bamboo sales menus have been a life-saver, not something we were initially looking for but glad that they have it as well. paired with the sales CRM, it's a dream come true for our company. What do you like best about Bamboo?

The compliance, traceability, ability to intake orders and then manifest it within a few minutes, and have all the labels all ready to be printed, we're only a month in using Bamboo and it's saving ourselves a TON of headaches. we were using biotrack and another program for various tasks, and it's nice that bamboo is able to offer all-in-one for everything that we need. and they surprise us with new features every week on the sales crm side, truly a great company and software platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bamboo?

after 4-5 weeks of usage right now, the setup took about a week, and ever since then, their support and csm team have been amazing. i guess the setup could have been easier, but part of it was because we are slightly unorganized i guess, so there was some back and forth between our company and bamboo. the state of Illinois recently terminated the biotrack partnership or contract, and implemented metrc. thank god for bamboo's trace and sales, they have made everything SO MUCH EASIER. we were using 2-3 different software providers, and now with bamboo, we're just using one for all our cultivation, manifesting, processing, fulfillment, labels, sales orders, crm, etc etc, can't thank bamboo enough, we are so glad we found them! "Lifesaver … everything that we wanted and then some!"

What do you like best about Bamboo?

Initially we were looking for just some compliance and traceability software because we were sick of using BioTrack, overpriced and probably the worst platform in the world. We stumbled across Bamboo on Google and to our surprise, not only did they provide the labels creator and maker, cultivation, processing, bill of material needs. They even have a robust Sales CRM built into the system that allows us the entire team and company to stay on the same page with every order, every manifest. Our company finally has a software that almost does everything. There are still a few things that we prefer to share amongst our team through Google Sheets, but Bamboo covers about 80-90% of the daily workflows. And the reporting in Bamboo is exceptional. What do you dislike about Bamboo?

It definitely took some time to learn Bamboo, I want to say, prepare yourselves at least 1-2 weeks, if not 3 weeks to fully understand all the ins and outs of Bamboo Trace and Sales. It’s really not that easy, BUT it is easier than most programs that we have used like BioTrack, Canix, Flourish or Distru. Those were not only very complicated, they were also a lot more pricey and honestly, Bamboo is a better value than all those companies … combined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bamboo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were really stuck in a funk. We have used the software that we mentioned before, and being in a BioTrack regulatory state was a disaster. BioTrack is truly the worst platform in the world, by many many thousands of miles. We are so glad that Bamboo is integrated with BioTrack, praise the lord, and it allows our company to finally function like it’s 2025 instead of 1995. Every one in the company is able to thrive because of how robust and efficient Bamboo is. We needed a powerful, robust, customizable platform that will serve our unique needs and Bamboo provided well beyond what we expected. We have eliminated a lot of Google Sheets, and remove a couple other software. Bamboo has saved us a ton of money and provided great value for our company. What problems is Bamboo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted to get rid of Leaflink since they increased their prices for 2025. We found bamboo on google and signed up for a demo. we didn't expect much but boy, are we glad. Their trace and sales platforms are exactly what we needed but we didn't know that we needed. Trace is the best seed to sale we have ever used, and we have used at least 3-4 of them, Growflow, Cultivera, Distru, Bamboo is by far the most intuitive. But the real reason we love Bamboo is because of how awesome their ecommerce experience is for buyers, and our sales reps. Our sales reps can take stores right away in the store, on the road, wherever, and the store buyers can easily access the sales menu on desktop and mobile and put orders in themselves.
