we have been growing steadily over the last couple of years, and my partners wanted a better software to help with our growth. we demoed a few companies but bamboo really stood out with their new features, bamboo trace and bamboo sales wowed us with how easy everything was, and best of all, different departments in the company finally have a system that we can all rely on without sending excel sheets back and forth, and using different software. bamboo houses everything for us, and now it’s making our company more profitable and smoother, operationally speaking. new york has been an absolute mess. thank god for the bamboo team, they helped us with our beginning inventory, and made sure everything from biotrack and bamboo were perfect in metrc. it took quite a bit of work, but i'm glad bamboo was there every step of the way. we loved bamboo so much, that we moved our illinois operations to bamboo as well. on top of compliance, their sales crm is the best-in-class, bamboo trace and sales are godsend to our company. What do you like best about Bamboo?

We were/are growing fast, so we needed to get a better software to match our company’s growth. We were referred to Bamboo by an industry peer/partner, we demoed and instantly fell in love with their platform. The sales crm definitely won us over with all the benefits, like email campaigns, notes taking, sales menus that don’t require any logging in, and much much much more. OH, and manifesting in a matter of minutes have been huge. Because going into Metrc to manually manifest would take 30 to 60 minutes, easily, and frustrating. What do you like best about Bamboo?

NYS OCM has been a complete mess, but thank god for the bamboo team. they have been able to help us navigate the chaos introduced by the state. At first, i just wanted compliance help, since it was very difficult to learn what the OCM was trying to do. but then I learned that Bamboo had a crm, and with the help of their crm, our sales have skyrocketed and efficiency has been improved at least 2-3 fold. What do you dislike about Bamboo?

To be honest, it’s been about 3 months now, and still trying to find a problem with the company, the software or the bamboo team, and so far, they have exceeded all our expectations. So no dissatisfaction at the moment. But time will tell. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bamboo?

New York compliance rollouts have been the most confusing thing ever. Luckily, we stumbled upon Bamboo and they have been amazing from the start. From BioTrack to now Metrc integration, they have guided us with everything compliance related (often acting us our compliance officers haha, SORRY GUYS!). Their true ecommerce sales menus and integration with traceability‘s seed-to-sale is a huge gamechanger. Making us more profitable and saving us a tremendous amount of time. what a mess in new york here … thank god for Bamboo. we found them on google and g2 here, and so glad that the state of new york and ocm left biotrack and move over to metrc. it’s a bit messy but i’m glad we found bamboo to help with everything. they are pretty much our compliance officer, their csm team is top notch. Things have been chaotic in New York lately, but thankfully, we discovered Bamboo. We came across them through Google and G2, and I’m relieved that both the state of New York and the OCM have transitioned from Biotrack to Metrc. Although the process has been somewhat disorganized, I’m grateful we found Bamboo to guide us through it all. They’ve essentially become our compliance officer, and their CSM team is outstanding. What do you like best about Bamboo?

The BEST part about bamboo is being able to manifest in a matter of few minutes compared to building the entire manifest manually in Metrc. It was so darn time-consuming. They are a full compliance, seed-to-sale for the cannabis industry BUT also with an amazing sales CRM that has helped our company stay focused, aligned, and keep our grow and sales operations communications effective. Bamboo trace is absolutely better than Metrc, Metrc sucks. and the bamboo sales application is the best crm for the industry, so easy to use, easy to put in orders, and easy to send menus to clients, and clients don’t have to log in to order. What do you like best about Bamboo?

Bamboo HR is a great HR management tool to manage all aspects of employee leave, personal information, end of year reviews, secure document signings and an array of other HR requirements. Its a tool that employees use regularly and it was easy to implement and roll out to the entire org. What do you like best about Bamboo?

We have been happy with our seed-to-sale platform, our current provider was great; however, we started growing and needed not just seed-to-sale, but something with a sales platform or CRM. While it was sad to leave our original provider, Bamboo's Trace and Sales crm are everything we had hoped for months and months ago. The sales menus are amazing, no logging in to order, and to manually add an order for a client is the easiest thing ever. Best crm for the cannabis industry, no questions about it. What do you dislike about Bamboo?

There's a slight learning curve, but that's with every new software that you use. The bamboo csm team has been amazing through the whole process. It took a couple of weeks to get going (i guess typing this out loud, 2 weeks is not bad). All in all, solid company, I guess part of the problem was that our company was a bit unorganized. We needed a crm for our growing business. We were writing down sales orders, and trying to do invoices manually. It was causing a big headache and HUGE friction point for our entire company. Luckily, Bamboo's trace platform is amazing, so we didn't lose anything there coming from another proven seed-to-sale company. However, bamboo's quickbooks integration, superb sales menus, well-thought email campaigns and much much more really has made a huge positive impact for our entire company.
