The onboarding, training, customer support, and hand-holding have been exceptional. Shoutout to the team at Bamboo. They were available whenever we needed them. **What do you dislike about Bamboo?** There were times when I felt like there should have been shortcuts for certain compliance tasks but soon realized that it was more of a Metrc hindrance than anything. **What problems is Bamboo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bamboo's platform has been a huge time-saver, especially bridging the gap between our compliance, cultivation, and sales teams. The two-way sync with Metrc and the seamless integration with the Bamboo sales platform has significantly streamlined our processes, maximizing efficiency across the board, across all the different organizations in our company. Thanks to Bamboo's all-in-one platform, we have substantially reduced the time and resources spent on compliance, computer work, and paperwork. Our cultivation team is thrilled with the system, while our sales reps are eager and excited about utilizing Bamboo's sales menus every day now, especially when they are on the go. They can finally place orders quickly and our processing team can process and manifest the orders immediately! Moreover, our store clients have never been happier with all the necessary ordering, and manifest information is now conveniently delivered in just one or two emails, as opposed to time and forth in the previous years. Bamboo has truly enhanced the synergy within our workflows to improve the overall performance of our company, efficiencies, and customer satisfaction. ### 2. The initial 3-4 hours were challenging due to its high level of customization. This aspect can be viewed as both good and bad, but ultimately, it proved valuable for me. The customization feature is highly useful once you overcome the steep learning curve. **What do you dislike about Bamboo?** Navigating through the numerous customizations and features in Bamboo can be overwhelming at times. However, I understand that Bamboo may appear complex if one doesn't make an effort to learn independently. Becoming a self-starter is essential to understanding the platform - which is rare in this industry. **What problems is Bamboo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our previous software was becoming costly, and the cost-effectiveness of Bamboo as an all-in-one platform made the transition straightforward. However, the initial learning curve was a bit challenging. ### 3.
