Our rep is quick and knowledgeable and gets back to me with new policies or answers to my questions within twenty-four hours. I never have to question whether or not the wait will be long, and I can tell my execs confidently that we will have an answer or a new policy the next business day. I do wish it was a little easier to go in and save my documents as a PDF and have it look nice. As of right now, everything is kept in an online filing cabinet, so it isn't really designed to be printed off. We upgraded to Bambee from a smaller firm and wanted quicker service and for someone to get back with us when we had questions, needed new policies, etc. Bambee does just that. They have one rep that I go to for everything and a bigger team for her to access for us if she doesn't know the answer to something.
