What do you like best about Bambee?

Bambee has allowed us to effectively keep track of all our employee policies and who hasnt signed them . Witht he new update , it is easy to send documents to new hires when added them as a staff member.

Any time we put in a ticket, someone emails us back the same day to help with support on any issues.

The sales team will always pick up regardless of the time but it's nearly impossible to reach the Payroll department or customer service once you're a customer. Unable to track or request PTO in a proper fashion. HR managers are impossible to schedule a call with. Promised eventual EST support hours but never received them.
