I love how Balto is a real time guidance system which allows agents to be themselves instead of sound like robots. I love the automatic feedback it gives to our agents after a call and the note summary which has saved us time. Implementation is in small chunks, the real time guidance system is implemented first and training is provided to agents. Other features of Balto are taught and implemented in the weeks following the main implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Balto? The reporting is unable to be sent to an email on a recurring timeline. You must use the reporting within the dashboard. Implementation training does not include the additional features Balto implements after the intial implementation phase.
