I like this tool because it is very easy to use and it has also allowed us to design our model of structure is Balsamiq. I like the easiness and quickness creating a new mockup at work. Before I got Balsamiq I spent days creating the static mockups due to the lack of UI/UX that free software has. In the old days we used fat marker pens. Now we use Balsamiq. Balsamiq isnt about the final desgn - (leave that to PShop) but the very early stage of the design process when communicating and gaining consensus is critical.
