Also, though it is a young tool, Ballpark is constantly improving and listening to their users. I like the transparency of their portal for upcoming changes, and that you can vote for features.

I do wish we could have more open projects on the Business tier, though I understand there need to be differences between tiers. When I was searching for a survey tool, I extensively researched numerous options. Out of all the choices available, Ballpark emerged as the obvious winner. Firstly, it is incredibly user-friendly and visually appealing which make the job of creating surveys a joy. The transparent pricing and unlimited team members have enabled me to seamlessly integrate Ballpark across our product and marketing teams. The survey summaries are presented in a clear and concise manner, making the analysis process a breeze. Ballpark has a very strong brand identity - I was impressed just reading their website, initially. I felt like they know who they are and communicated their value proposition so clearly. Upon using the product in a trial, we were impressed by how intuitive everything is - from setting up surveys via template or custom to the experience of the participants (no barriers for them to complete the surveys).
