A nice UI and a great builder, along with a great customer support, made the onboarding experience quite easy. There are many factors you can choose for your panel and we never had any issue to find a valid tester. We've been using it for a year now (on 4 different research projects) and we can all say that we're quite happy with it. The guys of Ballpark also really care about users feedback. As mentioned in the previous quesiton, Ballpark is facilitating the process of conducting qualitative studies across multiple timezones by an unmoderated setup. Furthermore, it is overall easy to use. It is also very helpful to have the possibility to recruit participants via the tools' panel, or to have your own sample. They are excellent at what they do, always growing and every release is making the product better. It is easy for anyone to use, support is top notch and they care about their clients. From simple questions to heatmaps, preference tests, etc - autogenerated summaries - the reporting process has never been so simple - its user-friendly interface - navigation is a breeze, both for seasoned researchers and novices - tons of filters to screen participants - extra clear (and fair) credit system - lots of great features are going to be implemented in the future But what I like the most about Ballpark is their customer support. Both Rory, our customer success manager, and Murat, the founder, were incredibly responsive to every minor issue we encountered. Thanks a lot, it means a lot.
