Ballpark allows you to create a proper User Testing Task in less than 10 minutes. I love that you don't need to be a super tech-savvy person to not only create these tasks but also to complete the tasks. **What do you dislike about Ballpark - User Research and Surveys?** There is nothing I dislike about Ballpark. I know that the team is working hard to develop new features that have been requested by users. When I stumbled upon Ballpark, I not only loved the simplicity of the platform but also the fact that it provided all of the features we were looking for, such as Prototype upload and compatibility with Figma, Heatmapping, User Info collection, Video and screen recording while completing a task and many many more. The system is designed in such a way that you can add the many different question types easily, and customize them for your needs with a few quick clicks. It's intuitive what each feature does, and as such it's simple to get up and running right away. There are a ton of different question types, heatmaps, A/B testing, user journey testing, links to Figma and other great features which help us to gain valuable insight into our customer's behaviour. **What do you dislike about Ballpark - User Research and Surveys?** When we first started using the software there were 1 or 2 small things that I wanted to see. I submitted my ideas to them and they were incredibly responsive. The items I requested were incorporated into the software and I can't think of anything that's missing at this time. **What problems is Ballpark - User Research and Surveys solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our biggest challenge was gathering feedback and validating our designs across large subsets of different groups in an easy-to-do manner. It was time consuming and very labour intensive. Ballpark has solved this by giving us the ability to reach out to a large user base, have them validate our concepts and designs, conduct A/B testing, or give us feedback early enough in the design cycle such that we can incorporate the feedback into our later iterations. ### 4.
