Baker 1031 is an online platform for real estate investors completing a 1031 exchange. Investors can browse available Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) offerings from more than 20 institutional sponsors, filter by status, and register to see each offering's sponsor, terms, photos, and documents. Every offering goes through a five-part due diligence review (broker-dealer, investment manager, offering, real estate, and institutional underwriting) before it is made available. The platform also covers 721 (UPREIT) DSTs and oil and gas royalties, and publishes plain-English guides on DSTs, 1031 exchange deadlines, and due diligence. Baker 1031 Investments builds custom 1031 exchange solutions around each client's income needs, financial goals, and exchange requirements, with direct access to founder Jerry Baker throughout.
