The route optimiser is pretty spot on. For us, it is the main reason we use Badger. It allows me to input my drops, and tells me what order I should send my driver to optimise efficiency.

It seems suited for countries that drive on the right hand side of the road. In Australia, I am receiving feedback from my drivers that they are having to cross the street to make their drop. For safety reasons, we just shimmy a few addresses around so my drivers are not also constantly turning across traffic taking longer to wait for an opening.

I really don't see a downside to the app. You log what you want. I guess I would say not being able to edit dates of check ins would be the only thing I would want to be able to edit.
