It's a bit frustrating when you can't remember a contact first name or last name and a search comes up blank. Sometimes this search feature populates immediately and sometime it never does. It can be a bit inconsistent and challenging to search. It would be nice if it was a bit more responsive with even as much as first, second letter of a name and then populate to offer the ability to find a forgotten name. I have noticed that Badger Maps doesn't always provide the exact navigation directions to the customer locations. It is difficult to color coordinate the locations that are mapped. I also was not able to create a route with just the newly imported addresses, and instead had to search them. The most helpful thing about Badger Maps for my day to day work is the filters that I can assign to customers. The routing tools and mapping visuals are great. Locating new prospective accounts and keeping notes including photos is very helpful to document information collected on the sales call quickly while fresh on your mind. Simple to learn and simple to use. Saves time traveling to all the stops efficiently. Creates an account in under a minute with all pertinent information and including location that you can set by selecting current location rather than typing it out. I use it daily to save all this and track my visits. You can easily look at previous notes, so you walk in with confidence ready to call the client by their name! Customer support is always great. I really don't have any complaints. I hear they are working on bringing more "CRM" features which will be nice.
