The routing tools and mapping visuals are great. Locating new prospective accounts and keeping notes including photos is very helpful to document information collected on the sales call quickly while fresh on your mind. Simple to learn and simple to use. Saves time traveling to all the stops efficiently. Creates an account in under a minute with all pertinent information and including location that you can set by selecting current location rather than typing it out. I use it daily to save all this and track my visits. You can easily look at previous notes, so you walk in with confidence ready to call the client by their name! Customer support is always great. I hear they are working on bringing more "CRM" features which will be nice. But again, I know what I am paying for, and the routing and account data with notes is worth the $$ every month. What do you dislike about Badger Maps? Sometimes the addresses don't match or geocode automatically so it can take a while to resolve any issues with this. Also I have found that the address on Badger isn't 100% correct so you can easily be guided to the wrong address, sometimes in another town! I'm not having to use several different tools, such as Google maps to search for new leads and then transferring these to some sort of route planner. Also the amount of address for routing on Badger are not limited like they are on other apps. Also it is very handy that you can use the mobile app on the day to navigate to each meeting.
