Built by Okta experts for Okta experts, Backupta delivers automated identity resilience through continuous backups and granular, dependency-aware restoration across Workforce Identity Cloud (WIC), Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), and Customer Identity Cloud (Auth0). Close the Gap Between Platform Availability and Configuration Integrity Okta ensures the platform is up. Backupta ensures your identity logic is sound. Our Identity Resilience Platform empowers identity practitioners to eliminate configuration drift, streamline change management, and maintain industry-leading Recovery Time Objective (RTO) with robust failover capabilities. We transform complex Okta administration into a de-risked, highly efficient operation. Continuous Observability: Gain augmented visibility into configuration drift with instant alerts via Slack, Teams, Workspace, or ITSM for high-impact changes to Sign-on Policies, Network Zones, Admins, Identity Providers, and App Integrations. Precision Recovery: Achieve a 10-minute Recovery Point Objective (RPO) with continuous, incremental backups. Revert granular objects or full tenants with OIG support and dependency-aware restoration that automatically preserves group assignments and application links. Automated Release Management: Eliminate manual re-keying. Promote configurations from Preview to Production with one click, or baseline environments to ensure 100% parity across your identity infrastructure. Failover Capabilities: Facilitate an even tighter RTO by mirroring your production environment to a designated failover tenant with Backupta’s Failover capabilities. In high-impact scenarios, activate failover capabilities and run last-mile configurations to be production-ready in minutes instead of hours. Compliance Automation: Real-time monitoring of your Okta environment against SOC2, HIPAA, NIST, GDPR, ISO, and SOX security controls. Turn configuration snapshots into auditor-ready evidence in seconds. Enterprise-Grade Security and Sovereignty Backupta serves commercial and public sector customers with stringent security requirements. Our platform is SOC2, ISO, HIPAA, GDPR, and FedRAMP compliant. Deploy with Bring Your Own Storage (BYOS) supporting AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, on-premises S3-compatible solutions, or Backupta-hosted storage; all options with immutable, regionalized backups that meet global data residency requirements. More than just BCDR, Backupta provides always-on resilience that protects against security threats and administrative error keeping your most critical identity infrastructure secure, compliant, and recoverable.
