The app is antiquated. " 1.5/5 What do you like best about Backupify? It's simple but not very user friendly. Many times it fails to fully back up drives. Yes, the company has many other products and there are different platforms with different logins to manage different parts of the service. It's very confusing, not user friendly. It runs in the background. Data is encrypted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Backupify? Regularly disconnects my users from backup and requires them to reauth even though the passwords were automatically generated. This means unless I'm actively monitoring the last sync date people are silently failing at having their laptop backed up. This is a CRITICAL failure because it defeats the whole purpose of having silent backups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. The actual process of Migrating from one company email domain to another was relatively easy, for individual accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Backupify? My colleague used the free, individual version. Then when we paid a good deal of money to migrate the entire company, the staff was very unresponsive...which led to over a week's delay in the start of the migration process. The end result was that the entire migration process was an absolute mess. They ended up giving us a refund on the money we paid them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Backupify: It's a great service from a user perspective. The actual act of migration was very easy, but be careful about paying for the enterprise version because support can be lacking, and their enterprise product is really not something that should be publicly available.
