BackupDrill backs up Supabase projects and proves the backups restore. Each backup is a standard pg\_dump of the project's Postgres database, plus its Storage files once the project's S3 keys are added, written to an S3, R2, B2 or Wasabi bucket the customer owns. Paid plans run a restore drill every week: BackupDrill restores the latest backup into a throwaway Postgres and checks what came back, including how many tables restored, which ones are empty, and whether a sample of Storage files still matches. Failures you need to fix, like a changed database password or a bucket key without write access, are emailed to you; platform-side failures come to us and we fix them. The backup and drill engine is an open-source CLI (MIT), so the same checks can be run by hand. The Free plan covers one project with weekly backups; paid plans start at $19/month.
