Even at weekends they will advise of any issues or respond in minutes. Not only that, they're the friendliest company to work with. Mark (The Boss) even flies down yearly to have a face to face catch up to make sure we are happy with everything. **What do you dislike about Backup Systems?** Quite simply, there isn't anything to dislike! It may sound odd, but in the ten plus years we have been working with Backup Systems, we could not say a bad word about them. **What problems is Backup Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?** Backup solutions not only solve problems, they have gone out of their way in providing us with a bespoke 'traffic light' view for us to quickly check each morning. They go above and beyond to provide an exemplary service. They also highlight any issues, sometimes long before we have even noticed, and the speed of any requests we make are resolved almost immediately. ### 3.
