Price, however, SaaS needs investment still it's more than expensive enough for most people nowadays, so if it is cheaper, more people can use it and benefit from it. Even at weekends they will advise of any issues or respond in minutes. Not only that, they're the friendliest company to work with. Quite simply, there isn't anything to dislike! It may sound odd, but in the ten plus years we have been working with Backup Systems, we could not say a bad word about them. Backup solutions not only solve problems, they have gone out of their way in providing us with a bespoke 'traffic light' view for us to quickly check each morning. They go above and beyond to provide an exemplary service.
