On each call it greets the caller as your business, works out the job and how urgent it is, quotes from your own price book, books a time that fits your calendar, and texts you the caller's name, address, issue and recording the moment the call ends. Around the receptionist sits a full job desk built for small trade businesses: jobs, quotes and invoices with Pay Now links, clients with full call history, expenses and GST/BAS, dispatch, safety forms, and Foreman, an AI coach that reads your week and flags who to ring back. Australian built and Melbourne based, with Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks and ServiceM8 integrations, an iOS app and a web dashboard on the same account.
