What do you like best about Backlog?

Using Backlog on Apple iOS has been a surprisingly smooth experience. The mobile app mirrors the clean and structured layout of the desktop version, making it easy to assign tasks, leave comments, and track progress even when I’m away from my desk. I especially love how responsive the app is on iOS—it loads quickly, updates in real-time, and offers just the right balance of functionality and simplicity. What do you dislike about Backlog?

The mobile app, while efficient, could use enhancements in terms of deeper filters and push notification control. Sometimes the notifications come in bulk, and it can be tough to sort through what's urgent versus routine. What problems is Backlog solving and how is that benefiting you?

Backlog solves the issue of fragmented communication and unclear task ownership. Before switching to it, our projects suffered from lost updates and scattered conversations. With Backlog—especially with the flexibility to access it via iOS—we’ve built a habit of documenting work clearly, assigning responsibility, and collaborating effectively. "QA life become easy with Backlog"

What do you like best about Backlog?

Managing bugs, tasks and git everything is in one place. Easy for QA to manage the projects i have many projects to handle so it helps me to manage all the projects without any confusion. Its has also simple interface which is easy for everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Backlog?

I dont dislike anything in backlog. but some users find some issues but i didnt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Backlog solving and how is that benefiting you?

When i started working as a qa i used to track bugs in excel and it was very confusion for QA and developers also. I had to ask developer many times what is the status and most of the time they missed the deadline also and after we started using backlog everything changed. Now i assign bugs with proper steps screenshot and environment info and assign it directly to the developer. I dont have to message them again and again because backlog notifies them automatically when i assign them

they update the task i test it again and if fixed i close it directly. Sometimes there are 30-40 bugs in one day but backlog keeps everything in manner way so i never feel complicated or confused. I also use comment section and ask doubts about bugs with developer. Backlog helps me keep the track of what is done and what is pending.

This is not just a bug tracker it is a daily tool that supports my testing without it I would feel incomplete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"My work become easy and fast"

What do you like best about Backlog?

With backlog my work becomes very easy and i do my tasks fast. This tool help me to assign bugs, I can add comment and i can attach screenshot of bugs also to elaborate them. It helps alot to understand the issue easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am using this tool for last 8-9 months but i didnt found any point to dislike Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Backlog solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am Quality Assurance Intern in this organization as a fresher this tool helps me to solves many problems. I just write whats the issue or bug in the mobile app or web app and assign it to the developer. Developer can see the bug and fix it fast because i attach screenshot of the bug so developer can easily understand. Now everything is clear. Sometimes I forget to update but tool remind me everytime.I like it so much Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Management hack"

What do you like best about Backlog?

UX is relatively clean and modern. Sidebar has the clear points and most useable items. Quick navigation to the board, issues, etc is very useful and saves time a lot. Issues can be closed after gone through all the stages progress, deployed and verified which organise the issues or tickets with the clear difference of active and done tasks. What problems is Backlog solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's solving my problem in every aspect. Tickets help me to maintain and represent my work in the organised manner. My seniors get the quick and frequent updates from the issue board. "Great development tracking"

What do you like best about Backlog?

This tool has all the features that a developer or manager expect for tracking a project. As per the developer's prospective, this tool helps a lot in filtering and picking up the tasks from the task list. Every task can be labelled as in progress or done. My manager or client creates the task in the evening and assign to me for the next day due to which I have to do minimal communication with my teammates and manager or sometimes no discussing is required and I can start my work before they arrive. "Project Management tool with reasonable price"

What do you like best about Backlog?

Backlog is tool with reasonable price. Small and large companies can affords this. Interface is very simple to understand for everyone. All important features are already available in this tool. My role is to manage projects in this company, its very beneficial for me to manage everything on a single platform. My burden becomes less with the help of this tool by assigning task and work with my team. I can handle projects via mobile app as well. I don't loose track on progress while I am on leaves. What do you like best about Backlog?

I like that backlog makes my task handling very easy and i can assign work track status and see progress of everything. The board view and comment section save time and reduce confusion in team. I am project manager and backlog is now my daily use tool. Before backlog I was handling task through microsoft excel. Every day I was asking what is done what is pending and who is working on what that was total confusion and waste time

After using backlog everything is clear and organised I can make task assign to team set deadline and write what needs to be done that helps team finish work easily. Best thing is status of task. I can open backlog and see what is in progress what is completed and what is still waiting. Now I do not need to ask same question again and again with team. All discussion are inside each task so no need to call anyone. I also like board view because I can move task from todo to doing to done that feels very amazing. "An awesome tool for project management"

What do you like best about Backlog?

It is a very awesome tool and its features are very great. One of the best features is the Gantt chart which helps alot we can easily manage all our projects with the help of this tool and there is no problem to manage. It is solving sharing task management in my team, It allows you to know what to do and when to do it. I start using backlog without any confusion because the interface is very simple. Gantt chart feature helps me to see the timeline of the projects. I can check on which tasks users are working and which one is completed and which one is left. "Goof for developers"

What do you like best about Backlog?

Best thing about backlogs are you can create tasks and assign them to your team members even you can add due date, priority of the tasks and description to explain the tasks and you have comment section on every task where you can talk with your team. You can report bugs with screenshots and assign it to developers. In wiki you can write and save important information about your projects. Every project has their own wiki. I am using backlog for last one year and its good tool for do work with team members. Before I was confusing with task but now it is easy to see what I doing and what others developers are doing. The UI is too much simple which makes their work happening faster then complicated tools.
