**What do you like best about Backlog?**

Its easy to use, which enables teams to get going fast without encountering a better knowledge, that is why it become popular. It's easy to set up and use, allowing you to concentrate on your tasks instead of the tool. Backlog provides very smooth connections to integration into the system
. Offering a wide range of functionality, it can be tailored to suit the demands of various team sizes and complexity, from basic task tracking to more complicated project management requirements. The program becomes a go-to option for everyday usage in effectively managing projects because the support staff is very helpful and quick to respond, guaranteeing that any concerns are fixed promptly.

**What do you dislike about Backlog?**

Every solution has its pros and cons so as the backlog. For instance, you can enhance the interface but when it is bigger with numerous tasks attached such as in large projects, navigation can be tedious. Also, some advanced features need some learning, which can be a hindrance to new users or project management tool novices. There is little scope for customization which may inconvenience users that would love to have the tool fit in their workflows. Finally, performance may occasionally degrade which is annoying when working on more granular or more robust projects.

**What problems is Backlog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are multiple improvement areas such as project management, task management and work management, which Backlog is fulfilling by giving a flash of centralized interface for teams to structure, monitor and control their processes. Flexibility is achieved in the management of tasks by easy allocation and monitoring of tasks, thereby optimizing the chances of something falling through the cracks. In the line of bug tracking, Backlog also has a systematic approach of identifying and resolving bugs, which is an advantage to development teams. Such an organization of tasks enhances cooperation, causation as well as time management of the projects, which increases the efficiency of coordination and productivity of each of the team members.

**What do you like best about Backlog?**

I was introduced to backlog at one of the companies I was contracting for, and introduced Apex Trading to it shortly afterword. I find it a very nice way to keep an eye on the backlog, as well as prioritize the current sprint by use of milestones. Favorite mini feature is that it will generate my release notes for me.

**What do you dislike about Backlog?**

have only had 2 issues. 
1. Not all the pages are responsive. When somehow clearing a ticket, sometimes they stay in the same column until a page refresh.
2. Our process is to use milestones, not versions. People in our team consistenly get those confused.

**What problems is Backlog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pretty basic. We needed something that worked as a project managment tool. Jira was more than we needed, trello wasn't enough. Backlog works perfect for a team our size.

**What do you like best about Backlog?**

I love the overall UX of backlog. Even though each page has a ton of features, it is relatively easy to find what you need and also it never feels jarring to have that many components on the same page, which is a hard feat.

**What do you dislike about Backlog?**

My only minor criticism is the backlog news. It feels off to have it on the landing page. There should be a separate "News" category in the navbar.

**What problems is Backlog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it easier to manage personal development projects outside of work. Projects that can take months to finish.

**What do you like best about Backlog?**

The most helpful thing in backlog is its integration with Jenkins, easy to integrate git repository with Jenkins. We can easily manage remote work with Backlog. Task management,  bug tracking assigning tasks to employees with progress tracking are also good

**What do you dislike about Backlog?**

I don't really have any dislike about backlog

**What problems is Backlog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It improves task management before backlog we missed some priorities tasks and now we can easily assign priorities task to employees. Now we achieve deadlines very easily and no miss communication between team all tasks completed on time with the help of backlog. Jenkins is very easy to integrate with backlog. These problems solved by backlog.

**What do you like best about Backlog?**

For myself, Backlog has become essential for connecting with Slack and other tools, which helps to reduce the unwanted emails. It is extremely helpful in properly organizing my tasks inside the company. A powerful tool for managing my work from anywhere. Moreover, it works as an amazing problem tracking tool which enables me to customize the project board and the main dashboard. Backlog is a cloud based platform to economically strategize and plan the projects. My best part is the user interface which is very easy to use and compatible for even the beginners. Additionally, it creates a platform for checking the status throughout the company.

**What do you dislike about Backlog?**

To find specific tasks or comments seems to be time-consuming which needs improvement.

**What problems is Backlog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A product backlog is a prioritized list of project tasks that are required to deliver a product. Backlogs are used to organize teams around more than just software development today. So, a few have started using terms like “project backlog” or “Agile backlog.”

Bug tracking and git these are the best features i like about backlog bug tracking is very easy with board. board show all the bug status like which bugs are opened, in progress or closed. Git feature is good in every project and easy to use.

mobile app is not good. they should have work on mobile app

Backlog helps me to increase my productivity. i can solve bugs as it assigned to me by bug tracking and i can easily closed the bugs. drag and drop feature are very useful. everyone can easily use this everything is mentioned very clearly no complexity!

I find it very easy to use for all users easy to find everything and easy to implement with other tools customer support is good, they are always there to help you if you need any assistance. It helps me to create tasks for teams and give them deadlines with this i set prioritization of tasks and assigns to specific user.

Nothing to dislike in this project management tool. I loved it

Backlog solves all my problems which i am facing in project management it saves my time and helps me to find and report bugs in project easily, so users can fixed it faster. I can sort the bugs by how important they are and then the most important bugs get fixed first. Easy to check the progess of the projects and find out the way why project is delaying. It also increase collaboration between the users.

As i am developer i daily use this tool it helps me alot to find bugs which are on priority so i easily solves them first and then other bugs. i can easily defer bugs to other users also. it helps me to save my time.

mobile app is little bit slow this is the only thing i dislike.

backlog solves my problems i can easily find bugs and solves that which are on high priority and task assigned to me by client. By this my project never delay and client gets happy with the delivery of the task before the time.

Very easy stay on top of the tasks for the team,
Management for the daily task become so efficient with the custom search filter that can be saved.

can be integration to other workflow (slack) easily with the webhook.

**What do you dislike about Backlog?**

sometime the gantt chart easily got messed, especially if there plan change in middle of the term.

**What problems is Backlog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solve my problem of having to manually keep track of what are each member are doing for the current day/week
With backlog, I can just glance task status each member and its deadline easily.
with the custom tags, I can differentiate which are the highest priority task that need attention or more resource.

Backlog offers an interface without requiring special instruction, thus making it easy and simple to use. It will help people know in an instant what they are required to do and how their teams are performing. it will notify users about any changes and updates in tasks through real-time updates and notifications which enhance team communication and cooperation.

**What do you dislike about Backlog?**

Having the backlog will limit users to only one attachment for a single ticket which may be inapplicable in the sense of having many files that should be attached for one ticket. In exporting the project list into an Excel file, it is not the case with exporting all descriptions of a task there by resulting in lost of vital information.

As a project manager it solves my many daily life problems regarding projects before purchasing this tool i have to struggle to manage the projects. i have to manage at my own which developer is on bench or which developer is working and tasks are easily manage by this.

The mastery of Backlog is fast and accessible to all, it is super easy to integrate!

I use Backlog every day and it makes it easier to track my projects.

The submission of "issues" is simple and convenient to use, all the filters and options to add to it allow to optimize and clarify communication.

You will receive notifications by mail regarding the answers or updates of your "issues" which will allow you to follow them while working on other things.

The status assigned to "issues" simplifies the follow-up, when one of them is finished you just need to close it and focus on the ones that are still waiting.
Many different statuses are available to clarify the status of each application.

I didn't have to contact customer support because I never faced any issue using Backlog

Backlog is an indispensable tool for team project implementation!

**What do you like best about Backlog?**

The most appealing aspect of Backlog for me is the way its extensive project management capabilities are paired with an easy-to-use UI. Its flawless balancing act between simplicity and functionality facilitates job management, progress tracking, and productive collaboration for teams comprising both technical and non-technical members. Development teams may manage code alongside project responsibilities thanks to the integrated version control and bug tracking features.

Furthermore, productivity is increased by the easy interaction with other Nulab tools, such as Cacoo and Typetalk. Everything works more smoothly and effectively, from task delegation to real-time collaboration. Nothing slips between the cracks thanks to the platform's ability to visualise workflows and foster open communication between teams.

Their support staff responds quickly to any problems we have, and they consistently release updates that take user comments into account, demonstrating their dedication to ongoing development.

Backlog is a great tool for project management, but I don't like that new users may find its UI a little confusing, especially if they're not used to more complex systems. Even if there are a lot of features, they could take some time to really study and comprehend.

Additionally, there is need for improvement in terms of functionality and navigation within mobile apps. While task management while on the go is possible, several capabilities are either slightly limited or less user-friendly than in the desktop version.

Finally, teams should have more flexibility in the dashboard and reporting customisation choices so that they may more precisely customise views to meet their needs. Even with these few flaws, Backlog is still a strong and trustworthy project management tool.

We can manage all of our projects on one platform using Backlog, which makes it easier for us to stay on top of due dates, assignments, and team duties. Our workflow has greatly improved as a result, ensuring that everyone in the team stays on the same page and that projects are finished on time. Our entire project lifecycle has been streamlined by the progress tracking and comprehensive project overviews.

 Backlog's integrated version control hosting is a big help to our development teams. It eliminates the need for a separate tool and enables efficient code management, change tracking, and teamwork. Version control and project tasks are integrated to give developers all the context they require within the platform.

Backlog has a user-friendly interface, making it easy for small to medium-sized teams. Its task management and progress tracking help keep projects on schedule. The integration with Git is very helpful for source code management.

**What do you like best about Backlog?**

Workload management, Time tracking, Task priorities, Integrations with other apps and resource management. Easy to use for tracking. Handle multiple projects. Git inbuilt feature.

Email notifications is the only thing i dislike. I think the email notifications could be improved

**What problems is Backlog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to organize, plan, and manage all projects. It helps me to see who’s working on what. If one user is working on 3 tasks and other has nothing to do, we can easily assign task to other user. I can easily shares files with other users dependency on other third party tool is reduced. If task is due I can easily check who is responsible for that. These are the things in which backlog helps me alot.

I just want to say that this tool is pretty good for all users. In this we can list tasks clearly, progress tracking, comment features, my team members can discuss about tasks, upload and share documents and customer care is great.

Sometimes, the tool doesn’t work well with third party tools.

**What problems is Backlog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the help of this tool I can plan projects better and submit it to client before deadline. It helps my team members to talk and share ideas on the projects with client also. Non technical clients easily use this tool, which saves my time.

Git Integration: This is a really key cool feature I like about the about the Product, making PR easy. 
It is also very easy to use and user friendly for beginners.

Other Integration Channels: One key part of agile PM tools is to tool allow referencing to communication tools and this is not available on Backlog

Backlog has made tracking our projects and bugs much faster and easier. Our clients are able to add/edit issues and we're able to correspond and keep track of the status of all issues. We use it daily when we're working on projects. Customer support has been good as well.

We have not encountered any downsides when using Backlog.
